Fernando and his team are lovely to work with. Professional, fair, knowledgeable and caring. They have came last minute in emergencies, they did a beautiful job on our flooring, they know just about anything -plumbing, painting, design, floors. In addition to maintaining an uncluttered and clean worksite, Alfredo and Brian were competent, skilled, and polite. When they encountered an issue, Alfredo addressed the problem with me. In the beginning, we discussed solutions together. In the end, I just wanted to hear his recommendation. The kitchen reflects the quality workmanship that Alfredo and Brian put into the renovation. We will use Royal Painting again when we renovate our bathroom. I recommend them highly.
Repaired a ceiling damaged by water, excellent repair: covered all surfaceswith drop cloths, removed wet drywall, replaced, sanded and painted. Looks like new. Eddy was courteous, competent and completed the job in timely manner. Highly recommend Royal Painting

Fernando and his team did a fantastic job renovating our daughter’s condo. The result is beautiful. The process was even better. Fernando made excellent cost saving suggestions, communicated well throughout, and adapted to changes in material availability and new ideas that came up during the project.

I had a very difficult job that required electrical, drywall, painting, and popcorn ceiling removal. The company did an outstanding job of putting together a package and timeline that almost seamlessly completed all the work to the highest standards.
